Yesterday, I was editing my blog template, trying to give it a new look but it's so hard to find the right color and design. I want something that represents me. :-P This is the best that I can do! I've browsed others' blog and they're amazing. I wonder how they they can come up such designs. They have all this nice images, icons, nice blends of colors... why cant I make mine like that? I dont even have any idea on what else to put on my side bar! Arghhhhh... I'm just so upset with myself.

While surfing the net, I've come across some interesting stuff on the net and I think it would be nice to put them in my blog...

Roses and meanings

(Hmm... No wonder people in love likes red roses very much).

(I'd really love to have light pink roses...)

Dark Pink - Thankfulness; Gratitude

Orange - Fascination

Peach - Modesty; Appreciation; Admiration; Sympathy

Coral - Desire

Lavender - Love at first sight; Enchantment

Red and White - Unity; An engagement

Rosebud - Beauty and youth; A heart of innocent love; You are young and beautiful

Rosebud-Red - Pure and lovely

Rosebud-White - Girlhood

Thornless - Love at first sight

Bouquet of Mature Blooms - Gratitude

Tea Roses - I'll always remember you

Single Full Bloom - I love you; I still love you

Aahhh... now you know so, next time you get your loved ones roses, make sure you know the meanings.

..and then, I've come across a poem..

Life Is Like A Rainbow

Life is like a rainbow;
The red is for the love all around.
Orange is for the bright sun’s glow;
The yellow is for the flowers that abound.

Life is like a rainbow;
Green is for growing friendships all around.
The blue is for peaceful waters flow;
Purple is for pure ideas to be found.

Life is like a rainbow;
Lavender is for pure feelings.
Some see life as gray or low
While others see colors and meanings.

...Beautiful poem. I've read that the poet was awarded with emmm... Best Poet or Best Poetry or something. I don't really remember.

Hmm... I think I'll try to do more blog browsing to get some idea on a new design. The theme of course will be blue, light blue. and may be a little pink. A light shade of pink... Images... may be later. I haven't decided on what kind of image i want for my blog. I'll concentrate on the design and the content first. I'll post a few things again later this afternoon.

Hi,
Nice blog. I am an Australian but have had a love affair with Malaysia for over 25 years. I used to live in Labuan for a while and go there on business still. I also have a resort in Cherating, Kuantan.

A few years ago I heard a poem that was from a famous poet who used to live in Jesselton for many years. I believe that his wife lived in the Jesselton hotel long after he died. I cant remember his name but the poem goes along the lines of "the white man and the yellow man". It is about the white man rushing around all the time and wasting energy and the yellow man taking it easy and not getting upset etc.
If you know anyone that might know this poem I would appreciate you sending me the details.
Kind Regards
