will be playing Jane in New Moon, the Twilight sequel. When I was reading the book, I never really paid attention to Jane so I don’t really remember how she’s supposed to look like. maybe i should start reading New Moon again just to see whether Dakota Fanning makes a good Jane or not.
Oh and btw, Taylor Lautner will be coming back after all.
I’m still on sick leave and I’m so loving it! I was given 3 days of sick leave and the doctor asked me to see him again later today to check on the eyes. This is how my eyes look like right now

You know, the thing i love most about having conjunctivitis is that, except for the bloodshot eyes, there is actually nothing wrong with me. I feel perfectly fine! it’s not like having flu or fever or diarrhea where you’ll be bedridden for a good 2 or 3 days. this is like given free day off. Owh I’m loving every minute of this! The vision is a bit blurry tho, which can sometimes be quite uncomfortable, but other than that… this is superb!

if you open Yahoo! and MSN today, u must hv noticed the article about Susan Boyle. I’ve never watched Americans Got Talent before, let alone Britains Got Talent. Heck, i didn’t even know there’s a show called Britains Got Talent… i know, i’m pathetic.
now, who is this Susan Boyle. By looking at her picture, there seems to be nothing special. She even said that she’s never been kissed and she lives alone with her cat, Pebbles. She’s 47 years old and i don’t blame the audience for underestimating her. she looked plain and i can imagine why the audience were expecting a horrible performance. even simon and piers looked cynical at 1st.

anyway, on a different note, i’m on sick leave today. infectious conjunctivitis! kan, sya bilang… yesterday, i suspected that i might have conjunctivitis. turns out to be true!

Megan Joy Corkrey has been eliminated. The judges decided not to save her. *sigh*. now i have to endure another week of Scott.
This week, American Idol will be aired tonight. My reliable source said that the theme for tonight is Top 100 Theme. There is no mentor for this week.
Anoop Desai is singing Caught Up by Usher. He sang fine, but his voice doesn’t really have the strength for an upbeat song. The judges thought he played safe, he chose the wrong song and Simon thought it is “a complete and utter mess”.
Megan Joy Corkrey is singing Turn Your Lights Down Low by Bob Marley / Lauryn Hill. She actually sang in tune this time, but the judges hated it.
Danny Gokey is singing What Hurt The Most by Rascal Flatts. The judges love it. Kara said she got goosebumps.
Allison Iraheta is singing Don’t Speak by No Doubt. She’s also playing the guitar too today. I wouldn’t want to miss this one coz I didn’t even know she plays guitar! I heard her hair was done like Sonic the Hedgehog’s and the judges had issues with Allison’s outfit. Randy thought she looked like one of Gwen Stefani’s Harajuku Girls. LOL!!
Scott MacIntyre sings I Love You Just The Way You Are by Billy Joel. Still more or less the same performance as before, Scott and the piano but the judges like it.
Matt Giraud sings You Found Me by The Fray. He did quite good, but the judges didn’t get it.
Lil Rounds sings I Surrender by Celine Dion. She sang it fine. Some judges like it, some thought it was too safe.
Adam Lambert sings Play That Funky Music by Wild Cherry. As usual, he’s in a league of his own and the judges love his performance.
Kris Allen sings Ain’t No Sunshine by Bill Withers. He sang while playing the piano. This is another surprise because I didn’t know he plays piano! The judges love his performance very much and by this performance, he has proven that he is also one of the serious contender in this competition.
